- Walls with Bricks / Hollow Blocks for External 9" thickness and internal walls 4 ½".

- Cupboard to a length of 4'0" of 1'0' depth to a height of 7'0" with cuddapah slab.
- Exhaust fan point shall be provided.

- Concealed C.P.V.C. pipe for water lines.
- P.V.C. for concealed soil and waste water line.
- Common toilet with I.W.C. with slim line tank and Attached toilet with E.W.C. with slim line tank.
- 2 in 1 Wall Mixture for hot and cold water line with over head showers.
- One Bib cock near closet.

- Built-in wardrobes with 2 no's of cuddapah slabs for master bedroom.
- Good Quality Country Wood frame with flush door shutter.
- One loft shall be provided as per the architectural design.

- Main Door Frame shall be of Teak Wood . Shutter shall be skin door of two or four paneled of good quality.
- Other Doors shall be good quality Country Wood with flush door shutters.
- Toilet with Good Quality country wood frame and flush doors chemically treated for water proof.
- All Windows shall be Aluminum frame and shutter of Good Quality openable type and in kitchen the shutter shall be sliding type.

- Ceiling with 2 coats of OBD over 1 coat of primer.
